Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, with cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details never touch this site.

Common questions
What do I need to send you?
Your logo if you have one, your prices or menu, your hours, and any photos you love. Don't have good photos? We can use high-quality stock images, or you can send phone photos and we'll pick the best.
When will my site be ready?
Starter sites usually launch in 1–2 weeks, Business in 2–3 and Premium in 3–5. Timing may vary with your needs, so we agree your exact launch date in writing before you pay your deposit, and rush delivery is available if you need it sooner. If we're more than 30 days late on it, you get every penny back. Delays while we wait on your photos or feedback move the date by the same amount.
Do I see it before I pay?
Yes. You get a working preview first and pay nothing until you like it. Then a 50% deposit starts the full build, and the rest is due when it's ready to go live.
Can I make changes myself?
You don't have to. Text or email us the change, and with a care plan it's live that week. If you'd rather edit some things yourself, ask and we'll set that up.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
Your old site stays up until the new one is ready, then we switch your domain over, even from Wix or Squarespace, with no transfer needed. We don't touch your email settings without a plan we've agreed with you.
Who owns the website?
Your domain, logo, photos, words and customer information are always yours. If you ever leave, we send you a copy of your site files and help you move. On the $0-down plan, the design becomes yours once it's paid off.
Will I show up on Google?
Every site is built to be found: fast, phone-friendly, with the right titles and your business details matched to your Google Business Profile. Nobody can honestly promise the #1 spot, but you'll be set up properly from day one.
Can I cancel my care plan?
Any time, online in one step, with no call and no reason needed. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Details are on our Cancel a plan page.
